Introducing the ID Space Vizzion concept

Volkswagen will bring its new ID electric car concept to the LA Auto Show later this month.

The new car – dubbed Space Vizzion – will be officially unveiled on November 19, before going on show at the exhibition.

According to VW, the Space Vizzion will be a totally new, fully electric car. It will also be the first all-electric station wagon in the Volkswagen lineup.

The car will feature openings in the front and in the roof that will allow air to pass through seamlessly. Those vents will help the model reach more than 600-kilometres on a single charge.

The interior will also boast more than a few technological features; including large touchscreen dashboards and entertainment systems.

Volkswagen is also pushing sustainable raw materials. According to VW, the seats inside the new Vizzion will be made of what the brand calls ‘AppleSkin’, a leather look-alike produced using residual matter from juice production.

While the new Vizzion concept is just that, a concept, its thought that VW will produce the car in time to hit roads in 2021.
