Success isn’t just about where you’re going—it’s about how you get there.

Young, ambitious and likeable, Russian tennis Karen Khachanov star understands the importance of taking care of himself off the court too.

“I’m a tall person, so driving the  Cadillac Escalade, with all the luxury and comfort it offers, fits me very well. It’s the perfect vehicle for me,” he says like a man who knows what he wants.

On the court, he’s a man on a mission.

“When I’m in form, I feel like an eagle flying to catch its prey,” says Khachanov. “When my confidence is high and it feels like I cannot miss.”

Troubling words for the Russian’s opponents at the start of the new tennis season, especially despite having already established himself as one of the world’s Top Ten men’s players, he continues to strive for more.

“Every day I train for at least five hours to try give myself an edge over my opponents,” he says. It’s a tactic that has seen him win four ATP singles titles, including the 2018 Paris Masters, reach the French Open (2019) and Wimbledon (2021) quarterfinals, and win an Olympic silver medal in Tokyo.

His car of choice, of course, will be the new Escalade.

The bold new Escalade stands out in a sea of full-size SUVs and serves as a worthy showcase of Cadillac’s best technology and luxury features. In terms of in-cabin luxury, the Escalade ups the ante. Leather-covered dash and door panels, aluminium speaker grilles, and adjustable interior ambient lighting provide an upscale appearance, and the long-wheelbase model offers more legroom for third-row riders and additional cargo space.

With the brand’s signature vertical LED lighting at all four corners, standard 22-inch wheels and a number of new exterior paint options, this luxurious SUV delivers in its visual presence, that can be tailored to the customer—making it a worthy vehicle to serve as the luxury brand’s flagship. In addition to the extra luxury features in the cabin, Cadillac has completely tricked out the Escalade in the electronics department.

The main showpiece is the digital dashboard that’s comprised of three curved OLED displays that layer on top of one another to create a cool 38-inches of combined digital real estate, some of which serves as the driver’s gauge cluster while the rest projects the CUE infotainment system for the driver and passenger. Under the hood, Cadillac’s biggest SUV is powered by a standard 6.2-litre V-8 engine that makes 420 horsepower and can deactivate half of its cylinders when cruising to save fuel.
